Challenge: BEA, a world leader in enterprise infrastructure software, was seeking an easy-to-use Web-based CAFM solution to support its strategic planning and space utilization processes, which would connect seamlessly with its PeopleSoft HR system and operate on the BEA WebLogic Application Server.
Solution: BEA supports over 4,000 employees in 1.5 million square feet of office space in 50 offices worldwide, using Manhattan Software’s CenterStone solution. BEA has gained a better understanding of where employees are located and where space is needed or could be consolidated. The solution was rolled out to the Americas, then APAC and EMEA.
