What kinds of Partner levels does Manhattan currently offer? We currently have three partner levels available:
Certified Consulting Partner - For consultants who recommend and implement CAFM solutions for their clients
Certified Reseller Partner - For resellers and integrators who provide both products and services to their clients
Referral Partner - For CAFM professionals who recommend software solutions to their clients.
Do I need CenterStone software experience to become a business partner? It is generally necessary to have extensive experience with CAFM software to qualify for the partner program. The level of recommended experience may vary depending on the partner category (consultant, value-added reseller, developer, data solution VAR, etc.)
Do I need to be an existing licensed user? No, but we do expect you to have extensive general CAFM software knowledge and related consulting experience.
What fees are required to join the program? There are nominal initial and annual program fees that grant you access a sandbox account and discounted training. The initial and annual fees covers all of your partner authorizations.

Consistently devotes best efforts to remarket, promote, or otherwise encourage licensing of CenterStone software to end users
Represents, displays, and demonstrates CenterStone software prominently and fairly at all times in comparison with other solutions.
My company is an order fulfillment shop. Is the CenterStone Partner Program right for me? No. Manhattan requires VAR partners to be experienced with CenterStone software and offer a broad range of services to meet customer needs. The resale of CenterStone software is typically an incidental part of the value-added solution provided.
Can I have my own resellers or independent distribution channels for CenterStone? No. The business partner agreement is strictly between our two companies. VAR partners are restricted from distributing CenterStone technology by any mechanism other than your own personnel performing activities in the name of your company. VAR partners are not permitted to distribute through third parties.
If approved for the CenterStone Partner Program, will I automatically be authorized to resell all Manhattan technology? No… the program currently exists strictly to engage partners interested in promoting our CenterStone solutions.
My organization develops stand-alone solutions that compliment CenterStone; does Manhattan have a program for software developers? We do not currently have a formal developer partner program.
